      Terms & Conditions for #WonderblyMoments Competition

      1. Information on how to enter the #WonderblyMoments Competition (Promotion) organized by Wonderbly (The Promoter) form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into the Promotion is deemed as acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions.

      2. The Promoter: Lostmy.name Ltd (t/a Wonderbly, Reg Co.number 08305498 ) of 30-36 Pritchards Road, London E2 9AP, United Kingdom.

      3. Entry is open to permanent residents of Australia, UK, USA and Canada over the age of 18 years. Employees of Wonderbly and their immediate families are ineligible to enter the Promotion.

      4. The Promotion commences at 00:00 GMT on Friday 15th October 2021 and will remain open until 23:59 GMT on Thursday 23rd December 2021.

      5. The Promoter reserves the right to close the competition at any time, without notice.

      6. How to enter:

        a) Post your picture of a child with a Wonderbly book on an Instagram account with #WonderblyMoments or #WonderblyMoment

        By completing the steps in clause (a), you have entered yourself into the Promotion. Entrants can enter as many times as they like. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this Promotion.

      7. The prize includes: 
         
        1x Wonderbly personalized book - hardcover (value £29.99 GBP, $42.99 USD, $54.99 CAD, $61.99 AUD) + free standard shipping

        • The winner will be provided with a unique code that can be redeemed at wonderbly.com. It entitles whoever’s using it to 1x hardcover personalized book + free standard delivery
        • Protect this unique code and treat it like cash. Oh, except it can’t be exchanged in part or in full for cash. We can’t give change, either, and it can’t be used for multiple purchases.
        • This unique code will be applied to the value of the order and includes free standard delivery costs to AU, UK, USA and CA addresses only.
        • This unique code must be entered into the ‘Got a coupon code?’ field on the basket page to redeem your book.
        • Unless stated, discounts cannot be combined and only one offer can be applied to any order.
        • The prize is not transferable or exchangeable.
        • Prizes are subject to availability and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

      8. There will be 10 winners. Winners will be selected at random.

      9. The Promoter will draw a winner on a regular basis and shall endeavor to contact the winners via their official @wonderbly Instagram account within one week of the selection. In the event that any winner does not reply to the Promoter within 24 hours of notification, an alternate winner will be selected at random and the original winner will be deemed to forfeit any prize.

      10. Winners will be given two weeks to claim their prize. Where there is an unclaimed prize, an alternate winner will be selected at random and the original winner will be deemed to forfeit any prize.

      11. The Promoter will notify the winner when the prize will be delivered.

      12. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

      13. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these Terms and Conditions without notice in the event of catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. Any changes to the Promotion will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.

      14. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry, which, in the opinion of the Promoter, includes objectionable content, profanity, potentially insulting, inflammatory or defamatory statements.

      15. The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

      16. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

      17. The Promoter may request users of #WonderblyMoments or #WonderblyMoment to participate in publicity related to the Promotion which may include the publication of their name and photography in any media.

      18. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network.       19. The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the English law and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England.
