The anthology includes a mix of works by the world’s favorite poets plus poems from new, up-and-coming writers whose words the world has yet to discover. The mix is up to you, you can swap out poems for ones you prefer from our database. It's easy to make an anthology that really speaks to the specific new parents you have in mind.

Our poetry anthology isn’t specifically aimed at children – although this version is designed to be read by new parents to their newborns. Think inspiring, uplifting verse that falls under our five selected themes: Adventure, Wisdom, Thanks, Joy and Family. It’s less a children’s book, and more a family keepsake.

You absolutely can. This anthology of new baby poems is composed of work from our hand-picked selection. You can go with our recommendations, or select your own from the list. This bit’s important: you can’t include any poem that you can think of – and for good reason. Our editor, Ana, has pain-stakingly selected poetry that flows from cover to cover. She’s a well-known anthologist with quite a track record, so she knows a thing or three about poetry.

The anthology is peppered with small, oh-so-tasteful illustrative flourishes that complement the poems. You can also upload a photo of the new family you're gifting this book to.

Some do, some don't. We love a good rhyme (as anybody who's bought one of our children's books will know). But not all poetry has to rhyme. You heard it here first.
