The anthology is compromised of a mix of famous works by the world’s favourite poets and words from new, up-and-coming writers the world has yet to properly discover. The mix is up to you, you can swap out various poems for ones you prefer from our database. That way, the book is perfectly positioned to make the recipient’s birthday incredibly special.

Unlike most of our books, this one’s not for children. Don’t get us wrong, we’re all for getting kids into poetry early, but this anthology has been carefully curated for adults. Poetry-loving adults with birthdays coming up.

You absolutely can. This anthology of new baby poems is composed of work from our hand-picked selection. You can go with our recommendations, or select your own from the list. This bit’s important: you can’t include any poem that you can think of – and for good reason. Our editor, Ana, has pain-stakingly selected poetry that flows from cover to cover. She’s a well-known anthologist with quite a track record, so she knows a thing or three about poetry.

The anthology is peppered with small, oh-so tasteful illustrative flourishes that complement the poems. You can also upload a photo in the opening pages (perfect for including a picture of you and the birthday person).

Some do, some don't. We love a good rhyme (as anybody who's bought one of our children's books will know). But not all poetry has to rhyme. You heard it here first.
