We print all our books in the Canada, on thick, high-quality paper sourced from sustainable forests (FSC-certified). We package up our books in recyclable cardboard, and in most countries our packaging is 100% plastic-free. The only time we use plastic is if we are delivering your book in snowy or wet conditions, and we want your gift to stay safe and dry!

As all our books are made-to-order, we unfortunately can't offer any returns or refunds. However, you can preview your personalized book from cover to cover before you buy. And you'll also have a short window after ordering when you can edit your book. If you have any issues or questions, you can find loads of answers in our Help Centre.
